What are the Steps for Admission? |
| A Preliminary Application Form has
been provided in this packet for your convenience. Please
complete this application form, where you tell about yourself,
your family, your financial status (you may want to do this with
the aid of our Home Administrator). |
|
Upon acceptance of your application by the Admissions Committee
(which considers every application on an individual basis and in
complete confidence) you then must complete the Room Endowment Gift
Form making convenient financial arrangements for the payment of the
gift before occupancy of your dwelling place. |
| At the time of occupancy, you will
be asked to pay the balance of your Room Endowment Gift and one
month’s monthly care charge. Move into your new home and welcome
to The Valley View Village family. As of May 1, 2007,
endowments and entrance fees are no longer required at Valley
View Village. |
| Rules for acceptance and participation in the program are the same for everyone without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, handicap, creed, religion, or political affiliation. |
