Custodial Apartments

• A Custodial Apartment comes in two varieties. A share-bath apartment or a private bath. Included in the monthly care charges are ….
• Food … all of your meals, everyday. (Your family is invited to join you in our dining room – minimum cost.)
• All your ordinary laundry and ironing
• Housekeeping … maid service once per week.
• Telephone connection through our switchboard to other phones in the building, and to all outside lines, at a minimal cost.
• 24 hours a day, 7 days a week emergency service by qualified should there be a need.
• Up to 14 days care in our Health Center if needed, at no additional costs to you (for contractual residents only).
• Full and complete access to all recreation, hobby, craft and religious activities.
• Use of kitchenettes for your private entertaining, together with lounges for gatherings with your friends.
• Transportation arranged to shopping centers and downtown Des Moines.
• Heat in the winter – electricity – water – built-in television antenna connection.
